International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) features a recognised Student Union that serves as the central representative body for our student community. Operating under the tagline “Engage, Lead, Empower”, the union is a core organisation within the university’s leadership framework, overseen by the Student Affairs and Development Division (STADD).
University-Wide Representation
The IIUM Student Union (IIUMSU) provides a unified platform for representation across all three major campuses:

2. Kuantan Campus
3. Pagoh Campus
Student Leadership and Governance
The union is part of a vibrant ecosystem of 139 registered student societies and clubs, facilitating a culture of student-led initiatives and governance. By serving at the university level, the Union ensures that student perspectives are integrated into the broader university experience.
